So I walk out of my house to head to a DAR meeting (go ahead and laugh) and this is what I see. The upside is I get a free tire, I was due for a new set soon. The down side is I'm driving a Chevy Impala around for 2 weeks, not quite the same.

Damage done: tire, bumper, fender, axel, APhi plate frame.

Anyone have any ideas for things the auto shop might miss?

 

if your insurance is covering it talk to them about what might happen if you run the new tire with all the old ones idk how many miles you have but its worth bringing up

 

his insurance will only cover 1 tire. i'm having the spare put on as it's new and buying 2 additional. my tires aren't too bad so i'll keep one of them for the spare.

 

Usually you get a check from what I have seen. Then you can aftermarket stuff or ask body shop I'd they can do after market parts you pick

Ouch! Hope everything gets fixed! I had the same happen to me except all they hit was my rear bumper. I took the check and put aftermarket front and rear bumpers on it. Now I would like to see someone drive away from hitting it!!
