There are actually a number of them all white JKs. My son and I were driving out to California a few years ago and saw one at a gas station. I laughed. Anyway, we left there and headed west on I-8 and a few minutes later he comes cruising up from behind, slowed down and looked at us, then pulled in front and into our lane at our speed. Like we were buddies or something like that. No offense, it's his Jeep and he can do anything he wants with it. I'll even wave at him--because it's still a Jeep. But, if he wants to be buddies, his mod's will need to take a different tack. I was actually a bit embarrassed. I told my son, who was driving, to back off on the cruise control a few miles per hour and let him drift away. He did and a few minutes later that fellow took off for parts unknown (but I doubt there was any wheeling involved).
