Default Update

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been on really busy. Anyways, the supercharger is still running great! No codes, no heat problems, no issues. I wish I could say the same about my steering -drag link is as weak as a noodle now.

Roadrace Motorsports has also been really supportive. Even though I haven't had any problems with the system they've been installing, they always check in just to make sure the jeep is still running smoothly. First class guys over there.

I checked all the bolts the other day and found a few lose but no big deal. I still have a big smile on my face whenever I get a change to jump on the throttle (which is about every stop light). I put together a short video of my attempts to get up Doran/Odessa gatekeeper; wasn't my day though and ended up destroying my draglink and having to backdown.

I've been planning on making another good movie like the Moab ones I'm working on, but I didn't end up getting a lot of footage at Calico. But stay tunned, once I change out my drag link and tie rod, I'll probably be hitting up the Hammers soon and I'll have a video of that. I'll also be chasing for my uncle's race in the Baja 500 soon, so I can't to let the supercharger lose there

As for the vendors going at it over their products; can't we all just get along!?
It's like Mustang parts, there are a ton of different vendors and each have their ups and downs. I'm not real familiar with a lot of companies for Jeep that S/C them, but I'm sure there are a ton. There's enough business for everyone I'm sure, so don't bash each other!
Thanks!

Now that there are different flavors of Milk Shakes coming to this Huge Jeep JK market you are all over the forums talking about how great your S/C is and how all the others are designed wrong and are going to hurt your motor. GREAT!! IMO I would like to hear it from the public not a manufacture. Let your product speak for itself, it seems to be anyways. But on every forum I see your Co. chiming in on how this is wrong and that is wrong. Dude!! face it theres other big players coming into the market. Accept it and wish them good. You come and appoligize to Modest, then this morning on another forum your blasting another thread. I truly feel your like DR. Evil , you wanna own the world. Sorry but theres more than enough market share for everyone.. If its a SuperCharger, Hemi, Turbo, LS, Ripp is quick to respond on how there kit is so great. IM just bothered that a Vendor or Manufacture would talk or write negative views on another Manufactures product. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!

Well we must be reading different post. He never said anything negative. While the approach my be questionable it's not unprofessional. Mainly because those questions are valid questions. I dont know about you but that is something I would have never even thought to ask. But really how can the ecu make the proper changes without the sensors in the proper place.

My .2. Take it as you will.

I forgot to share a pic of the Hypertech tuner I got with the kit. I haven't downloaded the software yet, but I'll be able to keep the tuning updated with it. I'm also really glad I got the supercharger now, this saturday i'll be moving up to 39s! I'll need the extra push.

Btw, if anyone is thinking about getting this system, let me know. I'll let you test drive my jeep

I'm right there with you. Ripp never said anything negative about another product. The questions are ligit and needed to be asked/answered. The JKs already run hot. So how can you increase heat and nothing to cool it.
