I wanna know more about the hydro assist!!! Is this available, or was it a custom job?

This particular one is not the bolt in kit but they do have a JK kit out now. http://www.pscmotorsports.com/product_info.php?products_id=733

As far as the wheels go, they make custom offset and bolt patterns if you just call I'm sure someone can help you out. If I did it again I'd just go with cheap steelies and Staun Internals.
