This whole lift thing drives me crazy. I've seen quite a few with the same lift that look night/day different. I've been trying to figure out what I want and it's maddening!!! Go look at the TF 2.5BB thread and peep all the different rides > and yes I know some are spaced out an additional amount BUT STILL!!! It's almost like different jeeps in different atmospheric conditions react differently to certain components.

I make mine look larger than it is by having my 5'0 tall wife stand by it. 3.25" in the front, 2.5 in the back, 33's

my lift was way bigger than i thought it would be....i use an actual rope ladder to get in and out, so it is not too bad.
