What are the holes on the inside of the doors, pockets to put stuff?

nice mildly modified jeep BTW.

The big openings or "holes" on the inside panel of the doors are for storage. This might give you a better idea of what the holes are for.

Okay what about the holes for the mirrors? Are there any plugins to have those filled for the few of us that don't want to run with mirrors on the door?

No we currently do not have a cover for those holes, but we have now been asked a few times so it something that we will be doing in the coming months. I believe there is something on the market already to do this though.
