I like how your worried about weight but carry a huge spare and are powers by a 6.2L behemoth! Your Jeep is crazy rad though. Nice job!

Thanks! I appreciate it - still not done with it, but getting much closer.

I didn't mean total vehicle weight. I meant that it is a lot easier to remove the doors, lift them into the Jeep and strap them down if they are light. Also, the heavier steel half doors were always coming loose and banging around. I'm hopeful these lighter doors won't do that.

Thanks. It is all custom work done by HigherGround Fab in Sylmar. Yes, they stretched the wheel base about 10 inches. (For more info, click on the link to my build thread below in my signature.)
