Default stupid newb question.....

I just got my first Wrangler a 2010 JKU and well I have be researching since before I purchased and there are so many options out there could you guys chime in on your top pics for lifts anywhere from 2.5" to 3.5" short arm vs long arm?

I had a liberty that I lifted and modded as much as I could without going to solid axle and now starting to plan my JKU build I am getting lost in a sea of choices

So far I am looking at AEV/Nth degree Terra Flex and Full Traction as my lift choices any one care to offer an opinion or what they would suggest

thanks
Chris

WELCOME to the forum !

I made the same upgrade from the Libby. My KJ had an OME lift, and liked it. So..I put the OME 2.5" lift on my unlimited. I am super happy with the ride, quality, and 35s fit no problem.

What are your wheeling intentions ?

daily driver or more serious wheeling ?

I had a frankenlift premium II on my KJ so I was leaning that way too.... It is a daily driver but I will be wheeling the crap out of it pretty regularly mostly big mud pits and such cause I spend a lot of time in the boundry waters of MN since I used to live in Red Wing and still have a lot of friends in MN and in Eau Claire WI and LaCrosse WI. But if the OME lift will clear 35's that is cool and pretty damn perfect. I have the 16" rims on my JKU Sport would you suggest moving up to a 17" rim with 35's or just 16x8 like on the libby with 35's

I regret the 16" wheels. Very limited tires options with the 16". Go for the 17" and the 37" tires right away. Save yourself the price of a set of tires. IMHO.
