So it's been about 5000 miles with a Teraflex front SS and I am getting a greenish color oil leaking. I also have their front discos and the rubber bushings have started to decay and fall apart. Has this happened to any body else?

 

Just spoke with Dave at Northridge and that was by far the "FASTEST" respones and best customer service I have ever had!!!

 

You might as well give up on that ss. I went through two before dropping 300 for a king ss. PM teraflex and he'll get you set up.

 

Well if it goes out again (Looks like it might from what yall say) I will start to look at the dual or another brand.

 

I've not had any problems with my TF SS that weren't caused by rocks (replaced one that was damaged despite being relocated). Even then, the damaged one wasn't leaking and still had pressure--it was just misshapen. As far as I'm concerned, dual SS are a waste of money that could be better spent on mod's that provide real capability. And my four year old TF QDs are in fine shape.

 

My friend has gone through two of these due to leaking. Did not hit anything. Heck his jk was stock and they blew. I went through two also. Imo its a poor design, and I would look at something different. He is running a belstein now. Tf will send u a new one, but do u really want to keep swapping them??
