We killed one JK off already, R&D didn't feel like pushing it anymore. FYI after the high speed run, they had zero issues with the JK, no bent front axle.

Is it possible to run 37s on the prerunner kit with flat fenders on a 2 door? Also you guys recommend the stock axle housing (no aftermarket housings like yours or Dynatrac?), are gussets, trussing, and sleeves necessary?

Yes you can run 37's and flat fenders with this kit, it was designed around 35's though for best results. I would gusset/sleeve a stock JK, so if your planning on running fast in the desert, beef that axle up.

Sounds good. I have 4" lift shox from ORW would they work for this kit on a two door? You said the springs were 4" for a four door so wouldn't that be over 5" for a 2 door? 35s seem like they would leave a bunch of wheel gap.

These coils are a 4" on a 2 door or 3" on a 4 door. I would suggest you check with ORW on those shocks as far as the specs on them. Did they sell you the Fox shox that are tuned for TeraFlex kits or something else?

I'm really not sure to be honest. They are for JKs with 4" of lift and fit the stock shock mounts. I have a few friends that race Baja, and will just retune them after all the mods are done. Thanks for the answers, lots of money saving to be done.

This looks like a great kit. How does it perform on the street? I'm assuming it would be pretty plush.

So Curt, will you guys have PreRunner 2.0 at the Jeep Jamboree in Columbiana this summer?

I would love to see this thing in person. Totally put my Jeep to shame.

PreRunner 1.0 was badass, and now this? i seriously can't wait. I would do some unforgivable things for a system like that

Rest In Pieces PreRunner 1.0;

Wow Do you have any vids of this kit rock crawling? I'd like to see a vid showing that off as well.

Would this kit be okay if I got a full steel front and rear bumpers and front with a winch? I noticed the Prerunner 1.0 and 2.0 have factory bumpers. I'm sure you guys have provisions for guys that already have the heavy stuff.

Thanks

Matt
