I think I solved the problem of the header banging with the sunrider open on the highway. I got two dog collars (10-14 inch), and put them around the sportbar. I then took a bungee cord and hooked it in the collar then ran it over the top through the header hooks and to the other collar. Seemed to work on the quick test drive I took. Very windy here in Iowa today. No banging header up to 65!
