Friends are over rated, that's why I wheel with you and your 4 empty seats!

What time did you get to the show and leave? Sounds like we were there at the time. I was in at 9. I stopped to talk to Eddie and Trent at the tent out front. I blew through pretty quick asked a few vendors if they had stuff for the JK yet and went back out to the Full Traction tent and was gone by 10.

To compensate where the front driveshaft hits the crossmember on the front edge.

I was there at 8:45. I didn't see any Jeeps there, I was standing in front of the "HOOTERS" booth. They escorted me out around 11:00 so I hung out in the FT booth a while then left.

I agree 100%. I cut mine!

Well, the obvious answer is so that your front drive shaft doesn't get hung up on the skid plate but assuming your question was asked sarcastically, I'd have to agree, "why?" when there are better ways to deal with this as CLACKEY(_!_) has suggested.

EDIT: I see this has already been addressed

Here's Body Armor's JK with the new Rubicon Express 4.5" Short Arm Lift

Any idea what size rims and tires are on that one? They look real nice and wide.
