Oh ok I was just going by your profile. BFG's are pretty light and arent the biggest 37's. I would definitely have a close look at the geometry then to make sure the housing and C's aren't tweaked. That and check your ball joints.

I took the shaft apart and it looks as the snap ring isnt seating right. The cap came off
