Mine get that ruddy wax on all the time which shows up badly on a black JK.

OMG...That is rediculous. Plastic hole plugs at $0.14 each at your local hardware store are lower profile, paintable, and chimpanzee-easy:

If these came with black hardware I'd actually get them because the stock ones have a shit load of wax and are starting to dry out, plus it's way cheaper than dropping 900 bucks for a new painted hood. As for those el cheapo plastic plugs they look like shit and I would rather drop 20 bucks on something that I've already spent thousands of dollars on and have it look somewhat better.

I lost a rubber nipple....owch.

$20 is $20, but these UFO's seal the hole properly, look decent and way better that replacing the stock rubber junk. I've no intention of folding the windshield down again and good combo with my hood Lightbar.

Rigid Industries 'E' series LED Lightbars. Mine is 12" custom length to fit the hood scoop, they can make any size, but standard lengths are 4" 6" 10" 20" 30" 40 and 50" Wickedly bright !!
