It is a smitty xrc...same one i have..does have a recessed winchplate...gotta put winch on first then mount the bumper on the rig

I had my five year old neice use her little hand the start the threads on my which so I wouldn't have to take it off to bolt it up.

That is the xrc by smittybilt. I love mine. I don't have a wince yet but yes they do fit inside but not completely.

Judging by the looks of the Jeep, it has rough country shocks and steering stabilizer so it's got to be a rough country 4" lift, it has a one inch body lift by looking at the fender liners and frame, and bushwacker flats so those should be 37" Nitto mud grapplers..... and the bumper is clearly smitty.
