I have Mopar touch up paint and just used a steady hand. It was really easy to do and you don't need to be a pro painter or anything. You are just using the brush on the touch up paint bottle and touching the lifted letters. You might need to go over it twice to get it to cover the silver.
Stay away from it at the car wash, I learned the first time I sprayed some of it off. You can spray it but just not too close. Just a heads up. But I didn't sand it or anything. I bet if you hit the raised letters with 800-1000 grit sand paper I bet it can hold up to a pressure washer a lot better.
Finnished the snorkel, new decal, new hood tie downs, and put the soft top on for the summer....
Oh, and got paid $200 to put on a rear mopar steel bumper... Fender bender... well actually a fender scratcher... and after everything was repaired (replaced) I came out ontop $200... can't complain. No injuries, new bumper, plus $200.00
