First off here's the pics from the dual washer relocation mod I did yesterday. My factory nozzle was spraying my high lift and no windshield :(:

Works amazing. All I bought was a pack of cheap washer nozzle kit from the local parts store. Came with a tee barb, two end to end barbs, both nozzles and two pieces of 3" rubber hose. Left the stock nozzle in the hood and installed the new nozzles in between the front valence grates. Quick alignment to driver and pass sides and bam! Worth all of $16.

You can't even see the nozzles from the side, they are hidden.
