Very pleased with the new bumper & carrier! Fairly easy install. Stock tires for now, but planning on 35's later. Next stop, front bumper & winch!

Hands down MBRP is the sickest hardtop rack there is. It will hold close to a 1000 lbs of gear and it's extremely well built. Only drawback is you have to drill into the hard top.

Hands down? I'm sure MBRP is a fine rack but I'd put my Gobi up against it any day of the week.

The Gobi is an awesome rack and the other option when I was shopping but in the end I have no need for a rack in the summer and hated having something that cumbersome attached to my rig year round so the MBRP was the best choice for myself. I put it out there since the original poster was asking for racks that go "on" the hardtop not just work with it. Sweet looking rig btw.

I'm with you on that right there. My Gobi is awesome and does allow me to remove the top and still have a rack but the look is a little strange with the rack and no top. I usually just end up taking the doors off and leaving my hardtop on....

Cheers my friend
