Got the idea from another member. Plasti dip a rock guard on the good.

Thanks.... First time I tried it... Only word if caution watch out for over spray and peel tape off slowly

Did you have to prep the hood in any way? Like stripping wax?

Really interesting idea and totally reversible and/or duplicatable if needed.

All I did was wash the hood and wiped the area down with invisible glass cleaner. Measured out the area to be taped. I also placed several layers of tape down with a slight over lap. I then sprayed and peeled a layer of tape off as I went.

I just got my new JKS adjustable front trac bar installed along with new bushing in the control arms. No more death wobble. YEAH.
