Replaced axle shaft u-joint, sleeved and put c-gussets on Dana 30. And managed to ruin two axle seals trying to install them.

Now I have to pick.up more seals before I can get'r done. Any tips on putting the inner axle seals in?

The shafts should have a disc on them to support the end in alignment with the seal as you push it through the seal.
Some grease on the end may help protect the seal, too.

Thanks, but I'm not talking about getting the axle shafts installed without messing up the seals. I'm talking about installing the seals themselves. It's a tight fit and you have to press them in.

Oh. OK. I misunderstood. Most of the time they get damaged during axle shaft installation.

What method have you used so far?

Ordered some Bushwacker Flat Fender Flares. Very excited about that. Ordered lubelockers and a Poison Spyder front diff cover. They are out of stock on the rear diff covers, will have to wait for that one.
