JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

Did you paint the diff cover yourself? If so, what's the best way to do it?

Well I chose the black powdercoat option from PSC and then ordered the color matched spray paint from Quadratec. I also had one of the little touch up paint pens on hand too.

Basically it was a royal pain, but used painters tape to mark off and tape over the non-spider portion. Tedious work. Then just spray painted the exposed part green. There was a little bit of bleed through on the painters tape, so you have to make sure it's securely pressed down. But also, since it is generally seen from far away, it's not a huge deal if the paint lines aren't absolutely perfect. After it was installed, went back with the touch up paint to fix anything.

Conversely you could do it all with the touch up paint and a steady hand if you didn't want to bother with all the painters tape.

I painted mine when it was brand new, so I didn't clean it or anything. I even sprayed it with the muffler hot. 12 months later, it still looks perfect.

Took the top and doors off. Finally get a break from the rain, this is the best time of the year here in Florida.

Replaced the awful psx24w fog lights with the pilot lights from auto zone. Also added a grill insert.
