JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

Yes, the package is available with regular tips from Gibson, but I'm sure that the extra $30 for the Mulisha bling will add horsepower too!

Nothing against any other exhaust, but I've used Gibson now on two pickups and two Jeeps and they have a fit and finish that impresses me. Really easy job, and that should include kudos to the Jeep engineers to use that type of muffler to tailpipe joint. That combined with the rubber hangers just made the job too easy.

It sounds good - a little bit of rasp when you're on it, burbles a little on the way down sometimes, but I do wish it was a lower tone, just my preference. It's not a high tone by any means (like a tuner), very mid-range.

I read somewhere or was told by someone that the resonator can be replaced by something else to make it a lower tone...

I read somewhere that if you complain to gibson about the drone sometimes they will give you a resonator for free.

Hmmm. Well, I don't have a complaint about the sound, it's good.

I'd have to go look again, but I think the resonator on the '12 JK has to be cut out. It's just to the rear of the drivers seat if I remember right. I remember someone cutting it out and putting a straight pipe in there, but it went higher pitched.

I was PM'd that I put my front tops on wrong.

I don't have side air bags on my 08 JK, so I could put the tops of the front seats on either side. My wife doesn't have side air bags on her 09 JK either. What year did those come out on JK's?

Replaced my sport shocks with 2013 Rubicon take-offs. Passenger front wasn't bad. Just dremeled the plastic so I could get to the top nut. Beefier shocks. I like the ride.

Are the fronts switched? it looks like the airbag cutout is on the inside of the drivers seat.
