It sounds good - a little bit of rasp when you're on it, burbles a little on the way down sometimes, but I do wish it was a lower tone, just my preference. It's not a high tone by any means (like a tuner), very mid-range.
I read somewhere or was told by someone that the resonator can be replaced by something else to make it a lower tone...

I finally replaced my noisy throwout bearing, installed the daystar upper dash panel, and a phone mount.
After looking at my banged up trans crossmember when I replaced the throwout bearing I ordered a Or-Fab to replace it.

I put in the Spod that I bought on sale from Northridge. I got an awesome deal, it shipped very fast, it was so easy to install, the only issue I had with the install was the hole in the positive terminal ring for the battery connection was to small but thats probably because I upgraded my battery connection with the heavy duty kit from quadratec so the screws are bigger. All in all I'm so impressed with the Spod. Even the way it's packaged is top notch. Everything was so well thought out and executed. It's one of my favorite mods so far!
Washed it
Added Silver JK Stickers
Removed Dealership sticker and associated goo
Drilled mirrors ( noticed that previous owner attempted this and drilled them at the very bottom of the mirror, doesn't work FYI)
