What was done to your JK this week?
Yea i took my JK to the shop after getting 33s and I had a some slop in the steering and they said i needed a new stabilizer to help with the bigger tires. So was it wrong to get the stabilizer? and did you have the bolts swapped out? if so did it make a huge difference?
Installed the Rough Country Winch Bumper this past Saturday and then the Engo e9000s winch this morning. We are expecting a hella snow tomorrow and I hope I get to winch out a Hummer or something. LOL
Kudos to the guys at Rough Country for great customer service. Needed another bolt since I fubar'd one and they sent me a whole package of them right out at no cost. Great to talk to on the phone as well.
Next week I'm gonna order the KC Apollo Pro 5" driving lights for the bumper bar. Gee this modding thing is like a disease, I don't think it will ever stop.
Here are some pics. I threw in one with the stock bumper on it for comparison. I think it looks much better now.

The stabilizer will help with bump steer and larger tires, but is not a fix for DW. You were not wrong getting a new stabilizer as your are running bigger tires. Anything is better than that factory piece that will fail after long. You need to narrow down the issue causing the death wobble. Can be many different things. One of the most common is front trac bar being lose and the bolt willows out the hole causing the DW. This can also be true for control arms. A fix to that problem is replacing the hardware with a kit (north ridge sells one) so this does not happen. Also checking that all hardware is torqued to spec will hopefully save you from this issue. If the bolts are wallowed out, you will need to have a welder weld on some washers to correct the hole size and swap the hardware. Be advised that what I stated above can be one issue that causes death wobble. It can be many different things. You need to narrow down the issue and fix from there. As stated above, plan mans thread on death wobble is the best around to narrow down the issue.
X2 - my rig does/ did not suffer from DW. I went thru stages in my build to limit possible problems, ie: I did not do everything at once. This way if anything surfaced, I could easily tell what was the problem. I first went to 33"s. Then I placed wheel spacers. After that I went with a lift and control arms. Now I have 35"s. It took 4 years from the upgraded tires to where it sits today. I was not in a rush, I want to build this for over landing as the ultimate goal.

I had the lift installed due to time, I was working 14+ hours and split days off. The TF kit had new hardware. And my steering stabilizer is still working fine.

Put splash guards on front and rear. Give a nice look.
