I went ahead and cut a rectangle out instead. You can cut a smidge more for the main 4" the 2.5 is a full cut out....

Heck yeah! You and Hack12 got me thinking the other day. I had the gutter mesh screens done and ready to install when I came across your guy's posts. It got me thinking and the more I thought about it the more I liked it!

I don`t want to bust your bubble but that mod goes back at least 2 years if not many more.It`s a good one alright but not original.

No kidding. I'm sure grill mesh mods go back much farther than two years my man. However, we were merely thanking him for hooking us up with info on where to find the thicker gauge extended metal locally. Hell, I've had a mesh insert in my grill for well over two years. Nobody is claiming to be the creator of cheap mesh grill insert mods.
