I'm going To guess:
Because then u can't secure it in the middle if the slots and it would flap in the breeze and won't lie flat from one end to the other. Sure u might be able to finagle a tie under neither the mesh but I'm sure it's much easier just to see cut each one.

Now lets see his response. Hehe

Installed my own highsteer drag link. Got the insert from northridge and ordered a right hand drive drag link. 109 bucks and 20 minutes. Also cut off the rear axle side track bar bracket and welded on a synergy one. Drives 110% better now. Amazing!

Mild, little, cheap, but cool. I cut off the flat sides of the lever, found some 3/8" nuts, roughened up the shift post, notched it, epoxied it on. Worked perfectly.

Can you put some pics up?

Cut my body armor bumper into a stubby and trimmed my fenders. Ran outta time on the fenders tho so they aren't finished yet.

No more seat belt noise!

Also did it on the front. Good alternative to tucking the belt behind the plastic.

Also added grab handles.

And a stubby antenna. All purchased from amazon.
