JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

The Rubi-rails and Sahara steps use the same mount locations, so it's an either or situation. There is also an enhanced version of the Rubi-rail that has tubes welded to push the tub away from rocks & trees. The tube sticks out about 2.5 inches and you can use it as a step. I put skateboard grip tape on mine. But it doesn't keep dirt from hitting the side like the floorboard of the Sahara steps. There are other brands that both protect the tub from hits & have coverage to keep the sides clean from spray and use as a step. But you have to drill into the tub to install nutserts.

i'm looking at doing this to my Rubi rails....the wife likes having steps to get up in there. Did you have a welding shop do that or was it a kit?

Mopar Enhanced Rock Rails. Its a Rubi Rail that has welded tubes from factory. Jeep is using them on the Moab editions now. This was my first bolt on mod back in 07. Jeepswag has a weld it yourself kit for $200. Watch the video on the site to see what rails do.
