Hey, I saw an auction on ebay for a set of wheels with Nito's just like yours on it. The guy said he was selling them because his wife couldn't stand the nose they made. I was thinking about putting some on mine, but I didn't want to wind up in the same position as this guy. Do you think the noise level on the highway is really that bad? I was also wondering how the offroad traction is?

I was recently out with a guy who had an FJ Cruiser with thoe tires and that was his complaint. To make it worse the performance wasn't there off road. His tires chirped and slipped when my KM2's, going over the same obstacle, did not. He did say he got a lot of highway milage out of them though.

Yes, they are loud. Not quite as bad as boggers, but on par with bias TSL's I would say. You will also notice a loss in power and milage do to their high rolling resistance.

As for traction, they are great in the mud. They are not quite as good on the rocks or basic trails because of the large lugs and harder rubbing compound.

Default Expedition One Basic with Side Wings and XRC8 Winch

Finally got my winch installed. It's a Smittybilt XRC8 in an Expedition One Basic with Side Wings. I also have a Tuff Stuff EZ-Flip license plate bracket on there.

Sorry I can't hear you with all the noise

Yes these are extremly noisy tires going down the road. I will be going for a different set when its time.

Traction is beautiful. Never had a single problem with that.
