JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

I had both mopar bumpers on my 09 and loved them. I still can't find a front bumper I like more for my 2013, but it has been hard finding one for the same price I bought my first one for.

Thanks, but I certainly can't take credit for the idea! I copied it largely from other posts here on the forum!

The eye bolt is a 4" (tip to tip) eye bolt 3/8" diameter. I picked this size up from Home Depot, and didn't have to cut it. The exact parts needed will depend largely on the type of bike pegs you start with. I chose to go with a 3/8" diameter bolt to attach the eye bolt to the peg, even though the peg would have accomodated a 1/2" bolt. I didn't like the massive head size on the 1/2" bolt, so the inside washers you see in my original parts picture are simply to keep the bolt centered and also give the nut something secure to press down on.

This does like to twist if you put full pressure on it. One of the members here had fabricated a cool little bump stop, but that's beyond my skill and patience.

I find it most comfortable if the heel of my foot is on the door jamb, and the front of my foot is on the peg. It won't move with that amount of pressure.
