Installed Teraflex tail gate hinge and spare tire carrier. Plus relocated 3rd brake light:

Much closer to the tailgate than before! Almost 3" closer!

Then I created a custom bracket out of aluminum angle iron for $13 and used the OEM brake light:

Next up: re-installing my CB antenna.
