I think he was talking about diping the silver ring that go around your headlights (the one that's holding the headlight to the Jeep)...

 

Yesterday I took a deep breath and cut my pinch seams and chopped my rubi rock rails. My new, method standard wheels come in tomorrow. Then it's a wait for the new tires to come in to actually take advantage of the 2.5" lift! Thanks for all the help on the pinch seamanship rail cuts!!!!

Installed my redlinegoods shifter booth, E-brake booth and did the bezel mod.

 

Took 3 days longer than I expected due to some missing hardware (they were great and sent them next day air!) and waiting on alignment, but it was finished today! Front bumper will go on this weekend, and I am still trying to decide between AMP Powersteps and N-Fab bars with steps...

Thanks, still working on it! I noticed your signature said C-Gussets... I ordered the synergy c-gussets to have my mechanic install with the lift. He put on the lower gusset, but the upper was actually going to hit the spring so he did not put it on yet. I am not going to do much serious wheeling, i just want to make sure that it all stays straight with bigger tires...

Does anyone know if the lower C gussets would be enough to support?
