It's pretty badass, very robust! The large access/fill hole is a great idea. I just ordered another for my new front D44 too. There are a few close ups shots in my build thread, a link to the post is here:

Replaced the worn out front end with everything Synergy lol

Yeah took it off. The mesh is really nice but I was just wanting the 7 slots back. I'm still going to hang on the other grill for now.
