Assembled easily in about 5 minutes. Used tripod screw to attach 1" base to dash organizer.

I have the daystar version which vibrates very bad. How stable is the RR? Based upon appearance it looks very stable.

On my own note have been pretty busy, after seeing someone install the cb into the top dash I really liked the integrated look and was waiting for the write-up he said he'd post. I got antsy and the write-up never came so I just dove in blind. It came out really well. Haven't tested it yet waiting on my antenna stud mount to get the antenna on. also did a little paint. More info on install in my build thread

Did the gutter guard mesh grille inserts the other day came out pretty good, I'm really liking this look

my vector UFOs came in yesterday so will probably get those on this weekend and waiting on my stubby antenna to arrive
