JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

It fits with the Poison Spyder sliders at this time. I can make them longer to fit shorter sliders. I make them out of aluminum now but can do any type of metal you want. You would be amazed how much more solid the front fenders are once these are in place. I am making a youtube video for install including the flex before and stiffness after install. I am thinking less than $250.00 including the hardware, riv-nuts, center punch guide, drill bit and maybe the cheap DIY riv-nut tool. The buyer does the install then the finishing just like Poison Spyder, Metal Cloak etc.

Shoot me a pm if you need/want any more info or pics. Water jetting can be done for an additional charge.

What did you use to make the door cart, I like that it is small without the doors?

I used the Harbor Freight 30" furniture dolly for the base, 1" PVC for the frame and wrapped it with soft foam.

Upgraded to a Hard Rock front bumper, had an issue with installing the Maximus-3 JW SPEAKER fog light bracket. The instructions say it should be a T30... Does anyone know what size bolt this is? I had to use zip ties to hold the fog lights till I figure out what correct bolt size that is.

Default Updates

Put on some new grab handles, went with the "Wild Boar" version. Put on cowl protectors and new hood latches.

Only have pics of the hood latches, I went with Rugged Ridge.

Agreed!

Those inside fender bolts were the biggest pain in the A$$. Just took my time, used the washers the kit came with and a little thread lock on every nut/bolt. Not sure why they included new fender guards but instructed to use the originals. Then I took some time making sure the tension was exact and even on both sides.

I don't know off the top of my head but Maximus-3 has great customer service. Just contact them and they will respond with a quick reply. You can call, text or email them. Contact info on their website at https://maximus-3.com/index.php?controller=contact

They make great products and I am very happy with their stuff.
