Installed TeraFlex 2.5" coil lift today and Viair Constant Duty air system yesterday. Pics will come of course!!

 

Nothing fun. Mine spent the night with the dealer to:

Get a new gas tank. No more overfill That was getting really annoying.

Have the TSB on the top header done. Wow. I didn't realize how much noise that was creating. Jeep is NOTICEABLY quieter!

 

I want to try this first before I really post pictures. Then I'll do a write up on it.

 

• washed off all the road salt.
• Installed my new IPF's, I finally had a warm dry day to do it. Popped right in without issues, still deciding if i like the blue bulbs or not, but either way 2000% better light distribution than stock lenses! Hopefully the wife will like them (really installed them to help her see at night)
• Installed the new metal soft top header piece (TSB 23-10-09) as the plastic POS thing was warped badly, leaking like a sieve and loud as hell on the highway. Nice & quiet now with no leaks...yet.
• Installed the Sprint Booster i have had since forever sitting in the glove box. Neat toy, makes it kinda fun to drive... wonder what it'll do to my milage though?, more fun to put my foot in it when it reacts quicker...

 

I just did mine (it was out of warranty so i had to buy the damn thing)

HUGE improvement on noise levels, i can have a conversation in it now as easily as in my wifes car.

I walked into this knowing its a Jeep, its going to be a little loud, but holy smokes, this is a huge difference. Especially when I was headed into a headwind, a conversation or listening to the radio was impossible.

Just squeaked mine in under warranty. I'm at 34k miles.

How much did the top header run you since it was out of warranty?
