Default Take A Deep Breath And A Sawzall....

My Sahara with the Champion 8000# winch plate, roller fairlead, and snatchblock for $299.00 at Cosco.

It's a funky feeling to take a sawzall to your brand new Jeep bumper

I really like that set up. I take it you have it bolted directly to the frame?

Yes, the plate that came with it mounts to both sides of the frame with 3 grade 8 bolts on each side. I had to drill one more hole on each side (it eats up drill bits if you plan to do it.) The frame is very think in that space. GOOD LUCK

get the black and decker drill bit from wal-mart. it is titanium and works great.
i drilled four frame holes two holes in the winch plate and it's still just as good as it was when i started.
