My White JK 33's
My first pics of my Stone White JK with 33's, the 2" Skyjacker lift goes on Wednesday. The tires are 285/75/16 Procomp AT and the wheels are Procomp 7289's. Seems to be no fitment probs but I just put them on. The lift will really look nice and give me some more room.

What's the backspacing on your rims? Any rubbing?

Backspacing is 4.5". No rubbing to speak of yet. To me it looks just fine with no lift, but that being said I think adding 2" of lift will make it look better.

I plan on doing a similar set-up 285/70/17 on 17x8 w/4.5" bs. Don't plan on doing a lift and want to avoid rubbing.
Think I should be alright?

Ya know some people have rubbing and others don't. At the most you would maybe need to trim the airdam area. Normal street driving shouldn't pose any problems. I suggest going with the 33's and if and when you decide to lift you will already have the tires and wheels.

I hear you on the lift. I'm trying to keep it low enough to fit in the garage.
Do you know how tall your Jeep is with the new tires?
