If I remember correctly, I think there was a poll with different options for the banner. It wasn't very long ago it was changed. Unless I'm confusing this one with another but don't think I am since I frequent this forum the most by far.

Maybe a quick search might find out and perhaps the details are in that thread? I can't remember the details for sure.
