Does this mean you can fit KM2 with no lift cause they actually measure up as 33 which works with no lift and the correct rims?

I would love to have 315/70R-17's w/ my leveling kit & spacers if I could, if they run around the 33-34ish size maybe it would work...anyone have experience w/ this setup?
