One quick question , If I want to install the Lift kit and just a pair of arms (by the Budget) what would be the first step, Front Up, or Down?

Most will do front lowers which will push the axle slightly forward, while lowering the pinion (raising the caster). If you had both uppers and lowers, the front lowers would position the axle while the uppers would adjust caster......but you can get by on the cheap with just the lowers for a moderate lift, should you decide to go with adjustable arms.
