The smallest box I can get it in is 13x9x9 and it weighs about 30lbs. The cheapest price from USPS is $19 plus $4 or so in insurance.

For anyone else that wants to calculate the shipping costs:
Shipping is from 08723
Package dimensions- 13x9x9
Package weight- 30lbs
$200 insurance is about $4
