JK Suspension This forum is dedicated for the selling of factory and aftermarket Jeep JK Wrangler suspension components only. This would include items such as coil springs, shocks, control arms, track bars, relocation brackets and complete lift kits.

Who in their right mind would ask $1,200 for stock suspension 2011 Rubicon take-offs?

Mr. Buck,

We have discussed your offer and have agreed that round numbers are far superior to un-round ones as well. From now on (in addition to not taking part in "Daylight Savings Time" this year, what a scam) I'll be rounding everything to the nearest multiple of 10. If your 10 wives agree to this financial transaction we can "make it so". Get back to me with-in 10 days and I'll ship them out 10 days later. That puts arrival time around the 30th of October. Wow. This is WAY more efficient!

Yours in Jeep friendship,
Vic

p.s. If you "X" needs anew Rubicon wheels and tires as well I can make you a smoking deal on new ones with a price that is a multiple of 10 as well!

Vic

Your wife sounds extremely unreasonable. If you tell her or my wife I said that I'll deny it.

The journey is complete. This for sale post has really made me think about man's inhumanity to man. No, it hasn't, but it has amused me for the short duration. Thanks to everyone who played along.

I'm sure the parts are going to a good home, just not sure what this guy needs with them when he clearly didn't use to drive a Jeep.... or why he sent me his picture but oh well. I can vouch for him to be a great buyer and a fellow Jeeper.

Enjoy the suspension parts Uncle Buck!

Actually I still have a cherry 1981 AMC Spirit hatchback. Given that it's basically half-Jeep (Pontiac powered though... the ol' iron-horse 151 4 cylinder. She's a scorcher!!, I thought it time for the Spirit to get in touch with nature. Either that, or I'm gonna use it as a budget boost for my queen-size box springs. The wife crabs about climbing up in the Jeep, Can't wait for her to crab about getting into bed!!
