$3,000 for a 3" lift and 4x33" M/T tires?

You should really specify what lift and what tires.

I payed 700 for my4 inch lift 2 years ago in Canada(I mention Canada as it's more expensive) and bought some used 37s. Installed myself came up to about $1300.
I would say $500 is a fair price for a shop to charge. Also why only 33s as you can fit those now with no lift.
