Good find on the 08 brochure Stucktj - I was starting to get nervous!!

 

thats an old brochure... i had it printed out when i ordered mine. they changed the package on 08/03/07 to no fogs/hooks and added floor mats. so if you werent in a build status as of that date, you probably wont get them.

i have two other printouts that say the same thing as that brochure.

Ya I found that on an old post. Did not know for shure if it was true or not. My dealer told me that they were not included and put them on the list. 120 for the fogs, 50 for the hooks. So now I know too.

 

I don't have mine yet, but I ordered an 08 23s, duel tops, black apperance group, trailer package, 4.10, locker...and it's on my order sheet, with no extra cost.

 

when did you place your order?

if its an 08 youll only have 4.10s if its a rubi. and if it was built after 08/03/07, you probably wont have fogs/hooks.

just remember, some dealers have no idea what theyre talking about. mine swore up and down that white would not be an 08 color. 4.10s were standard, but you could upgrade to 3.73s.

 

The reason for the 4.10 is the tow package, which will not have the rear hook...the order sheet I have list: fog lights, the whole power convienence, front hooks, but no floor mats...lol. I will let you know what it shows up with. The order date was 7/26, thought I was ordering an 07, but when he printed the sheet, it was an 08....I was waiting for the yellow paint choice to come back.

 

i ordered on 7/28. i ordered the 23s expecting to get fogs/hooks... ive come to the realization that i probably wont have them when i pick up the jeep. my shrockworks stubby is in the mail.

i also knew when i ordered that i wouldnt be getting the 4.10s, even though thats what i had planned on getting and was fine with that. even with the tow package the 08s get 3.73, again, unless youre a rubi.

ill be waiting for your "im disappointed" thread.

 

edit that. i dont think it would be an option from the factory... maybe as an after market option.

 

What day in August? Mine was ordered 6/19, and build date shows 8/07
I didn't get the lights or the hooks! Not a huge deal, but I'm gonna' pretend it is, with my dealer.
