I ordered mine a little over 2 weeks ago and was told that the fog lights and tow hooks were included and I will be sticking to my guns when it comes time to pick it up. I'm not dumping an additional 175 to get them, my dealer can eat it. It's their fault for not being educated and selling something in a package that isn't in it. They can take the issue to their management OR Jeep, but they're not going to dump it back on me. I'm going up to my dealer today and discuss this issue with him. I want it clear to him that my X better show up with fog lights and hooks or don't call me. If more people would refuse to accept having something dropped without being aware of it and demand that it's on the vehicle, less dealers and Jeep Corp. would think they can get away with it.
Screw the floor mats....I was planning on taking the carpet out anyway and Rhino line the floor instead for easy washing down.

I just picked my 08 Rubicon up last week. I didn't get the remote start but it was available as a factory option. The dealer even has a little kiosk set up with the different radio's available and the remote start keyfob with the chrysler logo on it.

I ordered 23S AND the tow package. Wonder what I will end up with? It's coming today - I do need hooks, can they be added after the fact?
Fogs aren't as big of a deal for me, although it seems poor form to delete them after we ordered.

Just called my dealer....my salesguy was busy with a customer, but talked to another salesman, who said: "yep, the S pack includes fogs and hooks"

Obviously, he's not been updated, but it'll give me more credability when I tell them they SAID it was part of the pkg when I ordered!

Waiting for a callback from my salesman............ I'll let ya' know what happens!

UPDATE:
Salesman just called back, and the 23s pack DOES include fog and hooks in THEIR ordering literature. Tho' he admits they must've discontinued them in the pkg, he has no idea when, and realizes they WERE definitely included when I ordered and gave my deposit. So, he's gonna' talk to the rep next week, and assured me that they would take care of it regardless. I won't hold my breath, but he seemed very concerned about making it right!
