If & when the 1/2 doors become available, will there be an additional cost or would they be part of a soft-top package?

 

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure you'd have to order them separately... at least on the 4-doors. Maybe it's different on the 2-doors.

 

When I ordered mine (Unlimited rubicon), the half door wasn't available with the freedom top. Why, I have no clue but I will surely buy it when they become available. I'm just not sure that the plastic window will fit.

 

it would be nice to have some rear half doors for the 4 door so you can leave your front doors off and block in the rear when hauling stuff without looking stupid.

According to jeep's website, the half doors are a late availability,no cost option.
It is NOT available with a hard top or dual tops. Soft top only. And it will delete the power convenience group (power windows,locks,keyless entry and alarm)

Dual doors are not available. they would have to be ordered in a zillion pieces from parts dept. then painted to match

 

Late availabiliy = late JAN07. I purchased the 4-door, half-door configuration. The 4-door, full-door looks too much like a hummer.

 

I know you can order complete doors for a TJ from the dealership then have them color matched. I can't believe that won't be the case here too.
