This is a screen shot from the OFFICIAL Jeep reference app. I think they meant to say 1 at each corner, but the way this reads....I dunno how'd you even get 16 people in there at the same time!

 

Poorly written. What they really mean is you should have 4 adults total with one adult assigned to each corner.

 

Lol, very easy to remove with only 2 people.

 

I use to remove mine by myself. On and off. It can be done if you want to look cool lol

 

Never underestimate a desperate man who is alone and wants to take off his Jeep top on a nice day. All of the sudden the average man becomes either a world class strong man or an engineer who can design the golden gate bridge. We have all been there. LOL

 

2 to hold the top, 14 to support and unscrew the Jeep from underneath it!!

 

Oh yeah, damage your top using less than 16 adults and you will void your warranty !!

I wonder who they consider an adult. Is it 18 and over or do you have to be 21.....

Yup...tried that this weekend until I screamed for mercy for my 14 year old daughter to help! Had a call a buddy to help me put it back on!

 

DIY hoist, one person, and about 15 minutes and you are good to go (old pics but it still works the same)...
