2 door or 4 door

It's a toss up for me. Both are awesome, comes down to how much space you need etc. My 2 dr with the rear seat removed is perfect for my wife and I with our 4 legged child. I like how tight it turns and the places it can fit both on and off road.

This is a question that seems to bring up many ruffled feathered discussions. I've done my fair share of contributing in them.
I will say this. Of all those discussions I have seen quite a few 2 door owners say, "I wish I had gotten the 4 door instead", but not once have I heard a 4 door owner say, "I wish I had gotten the 2 door instead."

I've owned three 2-door JKs and two 4-door JKs. The 2-door is more fun to drive, more maneuverable, and feels a lot more sporty. The 4-door works better for long expedition style trips that require lots of gear. Both work well off road, with the 2-door being better some places, and the 4-door being better in other places. The 4-door requires about two more inches of lift to work well off road than the 2-door does.

But to the OP, since you're coming from a Liberty, it makes me think a 4-dr. might be best for you, since you're used to having 4 doors.
