2010 JK question
Hi, I'm new to the form. I have had 2 jeeps before buying my new JK. What a superb jeep! I have put the 2.5 inch Sky Jacker lift and 35x12.50 on 17inch rims. I kick my self for not going bigger. Has anyone squeezed 37 under their JK with this application? Many differant shops think if you put a additional spacer lift and beat in the pinch seal you will easly be able to. What size spacer kit? and will i get additional wondering from the truck by doing this? is it safe? I'm 90% of the time driving to and from work on the street....... also want to know if i change gearing will i have a improve on fuel eco.

Welcome ! Its always good to see a fellow texan join the forum and welcome to the addiction. Im playing with the idea of going with 37's myself but to do so it requires some well thought out planning. Ive attached some links for you, so start reading and learn well young Jedi....

Personally i say 37's can be done on a 2.5" lift as long as you get some flat fenders and proper back spacing on the wheels and "Yes" you will have to re-gear for 37's probably 5.38 gears. If you want to sell those 35's we can talk business.
