The only requirement for the lifetime warranty on my 2008 is that every 5 years you let dealer inspect it and note it. Nothing else...that comes straight from the warranty lit.

Don't forget, though, that the inspection must happen w/in 30 days of the purchase date. For example, if you bought it on june the 15th, the inspection must happen from May the 15th to July the 15. Something like that.

That got me wondering if there's any similar requirements on my 2010 with the 100,000 mile drive train warranty so I pulled up the PDF's from Jeep's Web site this morning. I didn't see anything beyond common sense stuff like change your oil regularly and follow the service guidelines.

Am I missing something?
Dealer changed the differ. fluids on my 2007 cost $56.00.

Well, in that case, I screwed up, because I didn't get the inspection done yet, and it's been 2 years, 8 months since the purchase date. (Just kidding. I know what you meant.)

Anyway, my warranty says within sixty (60) days of each 5 year anniversary of the
in-service date of the vehicle.

That's extra, unless it's their idea.

LOL

True, oh so true. I was in there anyway, and I was curious. I literally laughed out loud at the service manager. I think I hurt his feelings
